The principle
These courses exist to make you better at your job. Everything below follows from that one idea.
Your enrolment
Your login is yours. Don't share it, sell access, or run a team off one enrolment. A business enrolment costs less per person than the workaround does.
The materials
Use the templates, prompts and lab files in your own work as much as you like. Don't republish them, package them into another course, or present them as your own material.
Using AI responsibly
What we teach you not to do matters as much as what we teach you to do. Don't use anything you learn here to make an employment, credit or other significant decision about a person without human review; to process personal data you have no lawful basis to process; to produce deceptive, defamatory or unlawful material; or to impersonate a person or organisation.
Concretely, what we mean
Don't: paste a shortlist of candidates into a chatbot and let its ranking decide who gets interviewed. Don't feed a colleague's medical note into a summariser. Don't generate a reference in someone else's name.
Do: use AI to draft the interview questions, then choose them yourself. Use it to structure your own notes. Use it to check your writing.
The platform itself
Don't attack, probe, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the platform. If you find a weakness, tell us. See Security.
If you breach this
Where we can, we'll contact you and give you a chance to put it right. For serious or repeated breaches we may suspend or end access.
