When you can get your money back, how to ask for it, and how long it takes to arrive.
The short version
Ask within the refund window and you get your money back, no reason needed.
How to ask
Email finance@edbuddypro.com from the address you enrolled with and name the course. You don't have to give a reason. We'll confirm within one working day.
How the money comes back
Approved refunds go back to the method you paid with, through our payment processor. How fast it lands depends on your bank, usually five to seven working days for cards and UPI. GST charged on a refunded purchase is refunded with it.
A worked example
You paid ₹4,999 by UPI on the 3rd and ask for a refund on the 6th. We approve it the same day and instruct our processor. The ₹4,999, GST included, leaves us immediately and typically shows in your account within five to seven working days; the delay is your bank's, not ours. You keep nothing: course access ends when the refund is approved.
What isn't refundable
Some things, once used, can't be returned.
