What we are doing to make edBuddy Pro usable by everyone, and where we currently fall short.
What we're aiming at
We are working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at Level AA, across the marketing site, the course player and the files you download.
What's in place today
Every interactive element can be reached and used with a keyboard. Text meets AA contrast against its background. Images carry text alternatives, and decorative ones are hidden from screen readers. Animation respects the reduce-motion setting in your operating system.
Where we fall short
We would rather tell you than let you find out.
Tell us what's broken
If any part of edBuddy Pro is hard or impossible for you to use, email support@edbuddypro.com with what you were trying to do and the assistive technology you use. We'll reply and tell you what we can fix and by when.
What to include
The page, what you were trying to do, and what your assistive technology did instead, for example “NVDA on Firefox reads the course card image as unlabelled”. That's enough for us to reproduce it. You don't need to know why it's broken.
Still not clear?
Write to support@edbuddypro.com and a person will answer: Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm IST.
