The agreement between you and edBuddy Pro when you buy or use a course.
The agreement
These terms are a contract between you and edBuddy Pro. Creating an account, buying a course, or using the site means you accept them. If you are enrolling for an employer, you confirm you can bind that organisation.
Your account
An enrolment covers one named person. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your login safe. Sharing a login, or using one enrolment to train a team, breaches these terms and may cost you access without refund.
Where the line sits
Fine: watching lessons on your laptop and your phone. Showing a colleague something on your screen. Using what you learned to build something at work.
Not fine: giving your login to a colleague so they can take the course too, or buying one enrolment for a team of six.
What you get
On payment you get the course you bought, the lab materials with it, and a certificate when you finish. Access does not expire.
Payment
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. Our payment processor takes payment at purchase. We may change prices at any time, but never for a course you already own.
What you may not do
The course content, labs, templates and certificate design are ours or licensed to us. Use them in your own work freely. Do not copy, record, resell or republish them, use them to build a competing course, or scrape the site.
Using what you learn at work
The prompts, rubrics and templates are yours to use in your job, including inside your employer's systems. What you cannot do is publish them as a resource, sell them, or teach them as your own course.
What we don't promise
We teach practical skills and work hard to keep them current. We do not promise a job, a promotion, a salary increase, or any particular business result. The AI tools we teach are third-party products and can change or withdraw features outside our control.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability under these terms is limited to what you paid for the course in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited.
Governing law
Indian law governs these terms.
